Purchases of products or services made on Targetzone.it (the “Site”) are governed by the following conditions (the “Conditions”).

By clicking on the “I accept” button, the user (the “User”) accepts the Conditions without limitation or reservation. The site is owned by Synaptron Srl, with registered office in via Pina Menichelli 19, 00128 – Rome, Italy, VAT number and Tax Code 12305041001 (“Targetzone”).

1. Services offered by the site

1.1 The Site allows you to take advantage of product sales and assistance services (collectively the “Services”), including consultancy, training, education (which does not include, as better specified in the following paragraphs, any editorial or control service on any violations of third party rights), in various formats and on various supports (the “__Products__”) with home delivery through postal delivery services in Italy and abroad. Unless otherwise specified, these Conditions apply to all Services offered by Targetzone, where compatible. The execution of the Services may be entrusted by Targetzone to third party subcontractors or subcontractors.

1.2 All the final prices of the Services displayed on the Site are expressed in euros and it is possible to view them both with and without VAT, depending on the country or type of registration. The prices of the Services may be subject to periodic changes. Shipping costs are to be considered paid by the User unless otherwise indicated during the purchase.

2. Choice of product, order and method of purchase

2.1 The information and details contained on the Site should not be considered offers: they simply constitute an invitation to Users to conclude business by forwarding purchase orders. The proposal to purchase the Products is formulated by the User when sending the order form in electronic format at the end of the procedure provided for by the Site and described below.

2.2 The User can proceed with the selection of the Products as described in the relative sections by category, selecting only the category to which they belong and indicating the number of pieces desired. Since this is a new training concept, configurable for growing situations and difficulties, it is possible to select different categories of targets (for example armed, with hostage, behind obstacle plus other types for advanced training), for which the requested quantities will be sent, not necessarily corresponding to the images depicting the chosen category. By way of example, selecting an armed target behind an obstacle, in the quantity of 20 units, unless otherwise requested, different sets of targets will be sent (e.g. 4 or 5), each set consisting of several targets (e.g. 5 or 4) with the same characteristics (face, position, clothing, etc.), in order to reach the overall quantity by providing diversified targets for the chosen type. These conditions of sale are applied to guarantee the achievement of the training objectives, specific to the Surgeon Practice training model.

2.3 If the User selects the Bundle option, the supply will reflect the description of the selected Bundle package, except for the images shown on the site which may differ from the actual supply. Once the estimate has been confirmed and the payment has been completed (through the payment options provided), the User will be asked to complete the order by loading the content he wishes to order in the “Shipping” section.

2.4 The User remains the only person responsible for verifying the categories of product ordered.

2.5 At the end of the selection of the desired items, a screen for sending the order will be displayed with an indication of the total costs and expenses, for all the selected Products and/or Services.

2.6 After sending the order, the User will receive an order confirmation which will show the type of Products ordered, the price of each of them, the related taxes, delivery costs, as well as the payment method chosen. The contract is considered concluded and binding when Targetzone sends the User the order confirmation to the e-mail address indicated by the same when registering on the Site. Nonetheless, the Parties agree that, without prejudice to the moment of conclusion of the aforementioned contract, the transfer of ownership of the Products from Targetzone to the User will take place with the delivery of the same to the courier, pursuant to the following article 8.

2.7 Targetzone reserves, at its sole discretion, the right not to process any order. This may also happen if:

– the data provided by the User when completing the order form is incomplete or incorrect;

– the User does not meet the requirements to give effect to the pay conditions
